MiniMilliner, as the name suggests, specialises in miniature millinery in 1/12^th scale.

Everything is individually handmade and as far as possible, each one is different, so a MiniMilliner hat is a unique piece.

I use natural fabrics such as silks, cottons, fine wool and hat straw, with trimmings of delicate lace, silk ribbons, feathers, flowers, beads etc.

Period pieces are researched in order to be historically accurate, but I am also happy to make imaginative creations to your own specifications..........or you can give me a free hand to design something special. I can do understated sophistication, or over-the-top frothy numbers.........the choice is yours.

I am one of the few people to make hats for men as well as women, again covering periods from medieval up to the present day.  The most popular styles for men are black silk top hats, bowlers, deerstalkers, trilbies and Panamas.

I also do a full range of accessories, both for men and women. These include gloves, bags, shoes, umbrellas, briefcases, parasols, hatboxes and wedding accessories.

I have recently extended my range to include several kits and have more ideas in the pipeline.

Commissions are a speciality and I like nothing better than to discuss your special requests.
