Dolls House painting by Dave Williams
Dave Williams began painting in miniature way back in 2000 by painting a picture for a friend’s doll’s house, this first commission very quickly evolved into a part time then on to a full time business.
Harvington Miniatures offer many types of different paintings, including copies of the Old Masters, but specialising in topographical scenes for collectors from the Dolls House fraternity and the Art Collectors World.
Dave is also now making period style furniture amongst other miniature items.
Frames
After spending quite a few years looking for the right frame to set his paintings off, Dave decided that after spending many hours on a painting he would have to make his own, cheap foreign imports were just not suitable. Harvington Miniatures’ which is owned and run by Dave and his wife Pauline, have a very special range of miniature frames, they now also offer a unique framing service, got a nice picture that deserves to be in a nice frame, then email for more details.
A new range of frames has just been launched, with several more in the design stage. Fed up with poorly made and out of scale frames?
