Shepherd Miniatures make and sell a wide selection of exclusive, recognisable and nostalgic products to fill your house, shop or whatever your current project may be.

About us...

Established in 1992, our collection has grown to over 1000 items, requested by you and made by us.
We endeavour to fill your house with dolls house miniatures that bring back memories from your childhood or simply make your project look authentic. 
We are always looking for new ideas and projects so feel free to contact us if you are looking for a particular item.

Our Products...

Over 99% of the items we sell are made by us either from scratch or sometimes from components hand made by other craftsmen and women around the country, for example our glass bottles are hand blown by a person in Cambridge and our tins are made by a person in Cornwall.  We then take these components and make them into lovely dollshouse miniatures.

We specialise in whatever we can think of next and work with a variety of materials that we have painstakingly sourced from America to Asia.  We do however like to keep to some key themes including the following:

·         Period Packaging and Sundries - All of our packaging is based on the original provided by my husband Peter who buys and sells antique memorabilia and ephemera.

·         Pet Shop – Started by my daughter Hannah, our pet shop selection has grown and has proved very popular with younger miniaturist looking to create something a little more modern.  We have many exclusive items including animal tanks and animals that have been originally sculpted by Hannah.

·         Gardening - Our garden packaging is all designed by Hannah.  We also have recently started to create garden objects including staddle stones, bird bath, ponds and troughs all of which have also been originally sculpted by Hannah

·         1/24th – After having many requests for 24th we now offer our products in this scale (within reason) and are happy to take commissions. We are now focusing on even finer, more involved pieces including our wallpaper, fabric and carpet sample book, photo albums and phrenology head.  Hannah is also working on some individual pieces including commissioned sculptures and one off miniatures.
